  • Per the product label, Sanera hospital disinfectant can be applied in different environments, but is primarily intended for hard, non-porous surfaces. Sanera is not recommended for use on steel, aluminum, chipped enamel or silver. As with all chemicals, always test sanera prior to normal use on any surface for color washout or incompatibility in an inconspicuous area.

  • Sanera should be applied per the label which allows for different methods depending on the circumstances. Please see the product label for more information.

    Per the label, to clean and disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces: apply this product to hard, non-porous surfaces with a cloth, wipe, mop, sprayer, sponge or a spray applicator. Treated, hard non-porous surfaces must remain visibly wet for 10 minutes. Allow surfaces to air dry. For visibly soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required. Do not use on utensils, glasses or dishes.

  • Per the EPA’s stability protocols, sanera hospital disinfectant continues to perform for up to 8 months from the production date at room temperature. This date can be found on the side of each container.

  • Sanera hospital disinfectant should never be combined with other chemicals either in a container or on a surface. Unless noted on the EPA master label or the sanera bottle itself, sanera should not be diluted as this will undermine the product’s stated efficacy.
